However, we also understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a return, exchange, or refund. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us, as well as the process for returning items and claiming refunds.

By making a purchase from The Gun Switch, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy. Please read carefully before completing your order. Our policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth resolution process for both parties.
We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days of delivery of your order. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
It must be in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
Please note that certain products may be exempt from being returned due to their nature, hygiene reasons, or legal restrictions. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
Gift cards or digital downloads.
Items purchased on clearance or promotion marked as non-refundable.
Products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.
4. Returns Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your return.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us immediately at support@thegunswitch.com with photographic evidence of the damage. We will guide you through the replacement process.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed photos of the defect or damage, along with your order information. We will prioritize resolving the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.
